8th observation

Time-4:54
Temp-55 degrees
Date-5/30/08
Location-Snake River Ranch
weather conditions-Very Cloudy
soil conditions-moist

Less worms were on the dirt road than before so this means that there weren't that many ducks or geese around the location. Except more and more mallard ducks have been appearing around my location and this maybe because of the snake river. In the rivers there are water spiders, also a larger amount of water have been in the streams so that also attracts the ducks and more animals like the elk. Mostly all of the trees have gotten their green leaves and also the oldest tress but not as much as the more newer trees. But the oldest trees maybe useful for the birds nest like the crows and hawks. So that they can lay their eggs there at a high elevation so that they are not in danger. But it doesn't matter because if one of them leaves to go get food then the other is left to take care them.

Your style of writing has gotten tremendously better over this year! Your writing is clear and easy to read, and if you added a bit more detail about how what you say connected back to the ecology terms, it would have brought your observations to the next level!
